I've seen a few jobs going in motorsport lately that I'd be qualified (all in the PR/Comms side of it, I'm currently a journalist) and have to admit I'm tempted to go for them. Can those who've been there list the pros and cons of working in this industry? I know there have been threads on this subject before but they are all a bit dated now, hence why I'm starting a new one.

If you're a journalist stay a journalist. Racing PR isn't even as professional as proper corporate communications. Look at all the boring crap that comes out of teams and interviews. Do you want to be responsible for that
