Assuming Rosberg admitted it was deliberate? As I see it not much except inform the FIA, suspend him or fine him. If the fine him then Hamilton may as well Ram Rosberg in the next race or wreck his qualifying laps to make a point to Mercedes Management. In essence Mercedes can't let this ride because if they do then they change the rules of the game for the drivers.
