With Max Verstappen there will be a 17 year old boy in F1. Now the FIA want to change the criteria for get that license. Now the best drivers in the feder series get a that super license and everybody who complete a successfull 300 km F1 test at one day.

I do a little research about that topic and heard that in former years driver needed a driving license for driving a Grand Prix, so it was not possible for drivers under 18 years to become GP driver.

But what was the criteria to become such a Grand Prix license over the years? When was the current F1 super license introduced?
