Hi everyone, i was wondering if some of you out there might be able to help.

I am currently compiling a complete history of British championship racing but am missing a handful of winners from a few years.

I am aware that similar efforts have been made in the past and i my aim is not to tread on anyones toes but simply to preserve the history of the series which i believe is very important.

Most of the the info i have has come from a vast collection of race program's i have built up over the years plus the knowledge my dad has from his many years as a race marshall but some info from certain years is more harder to come by.

Basically the remaining info i need is on the following.......

125cc British Championship 1979 - (not sure if this was actually run that year as some years it wasn't e.g 1985. A one make Honda 125cc series was also run in the late 70's but i believe the british championship was also run?)

ACU British 500cc championship 1971 - 1983 (not to be confused with the Shell Oils 500 championship, the premier series of the two)

Possilbe winners but not 100% sure.....?

1982 – Mark Salle – Suzuki

1981 – Dave Dean – Yamaha

1980 – Phil Henderson – Suzuki

1978 – Steve Parish  -

1972 – Jim Harvey – Yamaha

British Transnational Championship 500/1300cc 1985?

(Series was run for 3 years, won by Rob McLnea is 1984 and Roger Burnett in 86)

British 350cc championship 1983 (Circuit promotors 350 series was run that year but to my knowledge it was not the main British series, i have seen results in MCN from that year but not an eventual winner).

British Sidecars 2006

I have the winners for the years below but not the machines they were riding?

2002 – Richard Gatt/Paul Randall -

1999 – Sean Hegarty/Mark Hegarty -

1998 – Jock Skene/Neil Miller -

1983 – Bruce Ford-Dunn/Alistair Pirie -

1982 – Bruce Ford-Dunn/Alistair Pirie -

1978 – Derek Jones/Brian Ayres -

Any help you guys could give would be amazing. thanks in advance!
