Hello

I am researching this car and am hoping that some members can help by providing photos taken of this winning car of the Sebring 1966 12 Hours endurance race.

Particularly I am trying to obtain as many photos of the car 'under the skin' as there seems to be very little information available on this very unique car.

Hopefully some of you guys were there armed with your cameras and can dig out the pictures?!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, have you got the Dave Friedman book "Shelby GT40", there are pictures of the car in there and one of the car with the back off.

If you go to this site, you should find an album on the 1966 Sebring race:

On page 9 of that album, there are some shots of the Fords in the garage with bodywork off, albeit somewhat far away.
