No.. not Sgt Pepper ;)

 

but Michael Schumacher won his first title 20 years ago today!   I wish him all the best and hope his recovery improves over time by leaps and bounds!

 

I remember that day, tbh I wasn't happy how it ended but the right guy was the champion in the end and that's all that matters.

The guy quicker than both of them had just spent 1994 battling for fifth places in CART, and in the end that's all that matters.

He wasn't the right man, he was a cheat and him and his team cheated themselves to the title. They had been cheating all the way through the season  it wasn't just the collision in the last race.

 

Wonder if Senna would have had to push so hard against a legal car....

 

I take no joy in what has happened to him now and I hope he recovers but his misfortune doesn't excuse or make Ok his cheating or his behaviour.
