I thought this was a really nice interview, Hamilton together with a kid who won his go kart championship on the same day Hamilton took his second championship. I don't want to write too much about it or there's no point in watching it   ;)  Just think of when we were 9 years old, and what we were like.

Thanks hitttheapex for making this post .  I saw this on the local BBC  and yes as uffen said it was lovely . Having Lewis with his winning Mercedes there at Media City in Salford was a wonderful surprise .

What a treat for a 9 year old Go Carter Lewis fan, who won his race on the day Lewis won his .  It was great to see the joy on the lads face as he sat there in Lewis's car .   I thought Lewis came across very well and I think he's matured a lot and this second title has been very good for him and was well deserved .  I was also pleased to hear him giving Jenson his support at this time .

I heard this on the radio yesterday and Lewis came across very well.  A really positive example of an F1 Champion.

It was also noted that after the interview broadcast Lewis spent some more time with the young Champion and installed into him how important it is to finish his education and do well at school.  Class act.
