I'll be very surprised if either of them are on the grid next season, and I don't see why anyone would want to buy those teams unless it's some mega-rich person who needs something to throw away their money on.

Neither.

It looks like Marussia / Manor is already buried (the only news about them since the season ended being a further slide towards the inevitable end), and Caterham's spectacular messiness is about to go into the next phase - reports surfacing that Engavest are intending to pursue Fernandes for compensation, initially via arbitration but ultimately via legal proceedings if Fernandes doesn't cooperate.
