Newey announced his 'quasi retirement' sometime last season but we have yet to really hear any updates on just how much input (if any) he will have into the designs of future Red Bull cars or who the new Chief Technical Officer will be at Red Bull Racing.

There is a strange silence and avoidance of questions on the whole issue actually. They have never really given us any clear clarification on just how what Newey will be doing or how little his new role will entail?

Edit - Also with Prodromou gone who will take over the role as head of aero? Feels like Red Bull are losing staff, but we're yet to hear of any big name signings or replacements.

Dont forget Rob Marshall is the CDO and has been for sometime. Hes been with Newey and the team for sometime. Doesnt look like hes going anywhere. Could even become the CTO.
