Since we have a thread about Kimi becoming a dad lets also have one about Jenson getting married. Congrats to the happy couple!

Brilliant. They'll never likely see this, but fingers crossed they'll have a great life together.

Very pleased to see this , thank you PARAZAR  , 2014 started with such sadness for Jenson with the loss of his father, but ended with such joy in gaining a good wife . Congratulations to the very happy couple .

Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Button, lovely couple.

However, it's time Jenson makes a decision about his facial hair policy, i.e. shall he have a baird or not. ;)

A John Logie Baird? If so - no!

I never thought I'd see the day a motorsport forum would become so interested in driver's personal lives.

Really I bet they both LOVE having paps turn up to their wedding to feed this absolute horseshite.

I agree though on the paps invading there wedding though, that must be annoying for them.

Actually, it looks as if they kept the date and venue under wraps and only released the news after the event. If so, very wise - those dinners with journalists paid off - again!

Yes, because the choice of colors to paint a car or whether the name of a brand of shampoo we use is on it or not is so much more transcendental. Bring on the pitchforks and torches and let's purify these Augean Stables!   ;)

I'm not sure if the Button's wedding is that desirable to the rags, but plenty of celebrity weddings sell off the photo rights.

How rude. They appear to have had a mostly private affair. Not made a fuss where I could imagine another popular driver's wedding would be quite high profile. If it happened.

What in earth is wrong in offering congratulations.

Very happy for them both, he's a gentleman and she's absolutely lovely. Such a shame John isn't there to see it though.

Jessica in JapanToday from 2008: "Benecio del Toro is my type of guy".

Jenson is not that far off in appearence, is he? She knew what she wanted and got it! Congrats and best wishes to Mr and Mrs Button!

Congrats JB & JMB

I saw my name up there and I thought what? I forgot I even started this thread. Shame it's over already. They were a nice couple. The nicest of the F1 racing community in my opinion.

I applaud the creativity but yeah, though the occasional fluffy goodwill thread might be let go if it's not causing any disruption, time to close this thread.
