Williams probably has the best engine. Red Bull probably has the best car. Ferrari probably has the best overall package. McLaren probably has the best drivers.

If it's close between Williams/Red Bull/Ferrari/McLaren it'll depend on small differences that could change depending on the track.

Let's not forget that last year Williams failed to win a race, failed to even compete for a win, and failed to beat Red Bull in the WCC. It wasn't even close. Williams might very well have the second best car-engine combination, but as a team they don't have much to write home about.

They've competed for a win in Austria. It was actually the only race in the season when someone could compete Mercedes without their problems.

What let Williams down was the operations. Pitstops, strategy, maximising the output of the cars. I hoped that Smedley would have improved this but if anything it got worse as the year went on. This year should be his last chance to fix stuff. They need to fire the pitwall and pick people from the factory who have built the good car to run it.

Dont believe the Merc engine is so good as to completely negate Redbull's chassis advantage..... Redbull by a distance.
