I am trying to identify some pictures of what appears to be amateur racing in Buenos Aires in the 1960's. Most of the cars in the event are vw's that are modified one way or another. Of course this might be part of a series.The info on the pictures says F.R.I.V.A. I would like to find out what that means. I worked the internet with different inputs but did not find anything. Any information about this type of racing and F.R.I.V.A. would be most appreciated.
