So just to be clear regarding question #3, is it enough for Manor to be on the official entry list to be considered participating in the race?

 

To me this question would make more sense if it was limited to teams that actually bothered showing up on the grid on Sunday.

Maybe, but in the past I count HRT DNQ's. They were there, hopefully they run this weekend.
