does anyone know how much access/handling teams have of F1 engines/power units at races and at their own factory?

so, let's say williams, who has mercedes power units. when will they get their hands on the PU and do they get all allocated engines at once? will mercedes send a team to set up camp inside williams to deal with all aspects of the PU?

thanks.

I think it's pretty much a team effort, with both teams working on getting the engine to work at its optimum both at the engine factory and at the Racing Team's factory

They get get access on a need to basis only I would say and when they do its only the PU's manufactures techs allowed to work on the PU and the PU is never left unguarded at there factories/garage.

My bet is teams aren't even allowed to start the engines.
