I assume F1 and MotoGP will be the top two, but what about others events, single seaters, touring cars, endurance, rallying, rallycross, superbikes, motocross, speedway, etc...

Goodwood Revival is probably the largest gate for 4 wheel events after the GP.

Quoted crowd figures for FIA WEC at Silverstone in recent years have varied quite wildly between 20k and 40k spectators over the weekend.

10-15 years ago it would probably have been the RAC Rally. Also the Brands Hatch round of the WSBK attracted about 120,000; but that was during the 'Foggy era'. The BTCC gets decent crowds for a national series; as does BSB.

Going back a while but there appeared just as many at Silverstone and Brands for the group c in the late 80s as the GP's. Probably a few less but seemed the same live.

I imagine the festival and revival are pretty high and there were 50,000 for the finale of the btcc at brands a few years back, or so they announced on the day.

Edit: fat finger. Shouldn't make btcc look more popular than it deserves.

It's pointless to attempt to compare rallying with motorsport on closed venues. Even today no one can really tell the crowd figures, despite the attempts to charge everyone now. Estimated figures for the RAC Rally in the days when it covered a lot of the country for free would make it by far the largest attendance at any single event of any kind, leave alone just sport or just motorsport, and are probably only equalled (maybe) now by Le Tour en Angleterre.
