I am enjoying it so far, I would like it better if I could create my own driver in career like in the older games. It is very fun with a wheel, I love not having that Kers button anymore but at the same time I do not like having 8 gears.  :p

For those who have problem with the game's force feedback (steering feels too light although set at 100), create an F1 2015 profile into your steering wheel's game profiler and setup your ffb accordingly.

I'm using an old Logitech Momo and it still works.

Enjoying the game so far. Hard to get used to at the start as every time I touched the throttle, I spun out. Got over that now although it still happens now and again.

Im using the Thurstmaster T500 & pedals along with the Ferrari F1 add on wheel and its working a treat. FFB is great and after my first full race, my arms were tired lol. Done a few more and adjusted some settings and things are going along nicely

They did the AI really well, blows the Pcars AI out of the water.

I haven't played 2015 (did play 2010-2014 though) but from the videos I've watched the AI looks pretty much the same as the previous games.  They are way too passive and give up any position where you have the slightest bit of overlap.  Pcars AI is nowhere near perfect either but at least they fight for their positions.

I'd advise actually playing the game before making a judgement.

The AI in F1 2015 are not easy to pass, When you think you have the job done, they pop up again and try to overtake you. They fight you until you are out of sight. They even crash into you and spin you off the road.

I usually find that lapped cars fight for position also, even when blue flags are out

I agree, the AI is good, but about the bold part, this is so unrealistic in the game. Sometimes it's like they don't see you and just ram into you.

Racing the AI is not bad. But there are some game breaking bugs with it like ignoring the blue flag, teammates always pitting at the same lap (sorted for PC) or pitting 10 times per race.

They've patched this a few times now, most recent one updating all the liveries/car models (b-spec Force India, new McLaren nose, Manor sponsors etc) and generally improved it every time. All the relative performance of the drivers has been rebalanced too based on the 2015 season. I'm quite impressed with it now. If you didn't like it at launch it's probably worth giving it another go now.

It still really chaps my ass that I can't create a driver in career, that was my favorite part about the old ones.

In the other ones I always started at Force India and worked my way to top team, it gave the game some immersion. Now it's just meh.

Codemasters is doing a survey. User feedback will be taken into consideration for future games
