The race here!

And pole lap by Lew Lew

Commentary in German.

A Merc whitewash tomorrow? Any chance of a Ferrari win again? We shall see soon.

Good luck to KimKim and SebSeb.

Hopefully NicNic doesn't let LewLew get everything his way so the FerFer boys can get involved.

I predict a dominant Merc 1-2 finish (Hamilton utterly dominating Rosberg) with Vettel 3rd and Kimi (If he has a perfect race) coming 4th. Williams and RBR fighting thereafter.

I predict this is gonna be a long and boring race, Ham to win by 25secs++, no Safety car.

Nico doesn't have the pace to match and the Williams may get a good start and hold back the Ferraris.

While Ferrari didn't look too bad on Friday, I think a straight up fight for the win might be a little overly optimistic.

I don't expect Rosberg to provide a real challenge to Hamilton, so I'm hoping for a good battle between the Ferrari and Williams teams.

I think compared to Mercedes we have the more options available to us.

Depending on our first stint on options we can stay flexible.

If we have good degradation and good performance we can try doing two stints on options.

Mercedes for sure can't go O-O-P or O-P-O so they don't have this option available.

What's the better strategy I don't know but I think if we wanna win we should take some risk so that would mean O-O-P or O-P-O becoz I don't think we can beat Mercedes if we mirror their strategy.

Another possibility would be to mirror Mercedes's O-P-P and hope that on the prime tire towards the end of the stint we can attack.

Not a spectacular lap but good for pole, obviously. But it's better than seing the perfectly planted cars with weakish engines.

It's 3:18am here now, I had no sleep, insomnia again. Bad enough any night but tonight just sucks as I'll now miss the race live so will have to watch the sky rerun in the afternoon. (Too old to stay up all night, mind is willing but the body is weak, lol)

Very angry, hate missing races. Enjoy it dudes, hope it's a thriller like the last and not a boring one.

Track temp was 46 yesterday. Hot enough to mess up the Mercs? I'm a Merc fan but I want to see fights on track.

1 AM here on the East Coast. Have got a bad cold, can't sleep, and haven't stayed up to watch an overnight race live since Korea in 2010. Ferrari won that one. Let's see if that happens again. :D

What makes you believe that? They can go for both those options.

Nice late afternoon start for those of us here in Australia. Will be interesting to see if the warm, sunny conditions can help Ferrari.

Track temperature should be above 40C to make this an interesting race, and hopefully a tyre limited one.

Otherwise, Lewis is going to race into the sunset with nobody challenging him, not even his teammate Nico.

Weather looks stable, lots of sunshine at the moment from what is being shown on TV. Hoping the Mercs don't just run and hide and that Vettel can keep them on their toes.

Hamilton will be like Khulubuse Zuma in a sweet shop. Unstoppable...

Massa has had electric starts in recent times and he could pick off a place or two at the start.
