Very sad news indeed. 68 really isn't that old. Although Formula 1 was not a success for Renzo, he was a more than capable driver in other formulae and disciplines. Arguably his biggest legacy is his work with Pirelli and/or their driving school. RIP

As someone who isn't an expert on Italian drivers of this period, sadly, the first thing I think of when his name is mentioned is his peripheral role in the Tom Pryce tragedy. I thereby resolve to learn more about his career in his memory. R.I.P.

Interesting reference to the histrionics that led to the Kyalami tragedy; not out of line with what a number of people said at the time.

RIP Renzo Zorzi ... he may not have been a successful F1 driver, but he was a still a hero to many in Italy at the time and certainly had a fair measure of success in other cars.
