Oh my good. That sucks so hard... Whyyyy can't it rain in the race instead? FP is so booring if it rains...
Races too can be boring these days if it rains. I hope it doesn't rain; it aggravates my red-flag allergy.

So far, after the first 1/2 hour, it is a Mercedes engines clean sweep (ignoring the 2 works Ferraris ;) )
Will it stay this way for the rest of the weekend???
1 Hamilton
2 Rosberg
3 Vettel
4 Massa
5 Raikkonen
6 Grosjean
7 Maldonado
8 Hulkenberg
9 Bottas
10 Perez

It will probably because Renault and Honda have bassically no power and Sauber have stil the old Ferrari engine.

I'm wondering about Rubens Barichello's 1:13.622 record time on this track, is it race or qualy? Both Lewis and Ham had 1:14:800+ in Q3 in 2014. I bet tomorrow we going to see very quick times if it stays dry.

It's race. The qualy record was Ralf Schumacher with 1:12,275 in 2004 (same year as Barichello)

Are you sure?. Why would they have the 2014 PU or the 2015 one without the token upgrades?.

Can they run the supersofts in FP1 if they want? (if they think FP2 will be a wash out and FP1 stays dry).
I know they usually only run the set of tyres they have to give back at the end of the session but is there anything stopping them from using the set they have to return at the end of FP2 earlier in the day, I can't see anything in the regulations but might have missed something.
It seems that's allowed.

'Bottas is told he won't have to run the super-soft in this session as they expect to get at least half an hour of dry running in FP2.'

This nose camera feed from Rosberg's car is starting to annoy me. If the director wishes to spend some time with a car onboard, use the forward 'T' camera so we can see what the drivers are doing, including any setup changes e.g brake bias.

My live timing suggets that Rosberg, Grosjean, Massa, Maldonado, Alonso, Bottas and Ericcson used the super soft. Is that true? Or just a bug?

They're running with a lot of fuel, according to Gene

I hope they are running with something like 40 kilos more fuel than Mercedes. Otherwise it will be really boring.

I hate these onboards from front wings or sidepods. Just have 2 t cams(front and rear facing) and helmet cam on all cars job done

Hope they are just testing and not yet on full power, or with heavy fuel load. If not, we're screwed.

I rarely see FP1 and was wondering if it is normal after about 30 minutes for the entire field to pit and stay there for about 10 minutes? Was it raining? I did, however, appreciate the quick shot of Mrs Button during that break
