Hamilton seems to have borrowed Schumacher's fashion sense.

Do you think he visited Croydon instead?

Lots of racing involved with this.

Edit: he should have been wiser.

Is nice to see that some places in the world still have values, and no matter how much money or success you have, you can't get a free pass.

'Values' is a stretch.

He tried to watch a match, not subjugate the system. If you put your values in your dresscode, one is clearly skewed and possibly distorted.

Values, tradition, dresscode, whatever you want to call it.They have rules and you can't break them no matter who you are. That's what I mean.

When it comes to fashion, like any teenager, Lois has principles.

Sorry he's not a teenager is he. But dammit some of his friends might see him!

On a more serious (?) note, I wonder sometimes if he has 'dresser' or fashion advisor, or whether he has a personal interest in clothing etc. or both.

Good, that should teach him to dress properly, class can't be bought and in a way it was good that he didn't win at Monaco this year because he would have arrived to the dinner dressed as a clown with 4 tons of gold attached to his attire.

That's the penalty for not having a manager to 'advise' him.

The DIY way is okay mostly but you've got to have some nous....

Is this what F1 has come to?  Talking about how people dress.

Something exciting happen on track.. please.

Give Nico Lewis' front wing, have 3 engine failures in a row, some spygate conspiracy theories.. Alonso or Ron secretly sneaking into Merc garage and sabotaging his car..

Something.

It did, last weekend, and it didn't help. This is what happens when you get the Facebook generation, with a need to share an opinion on anything, involved with racing, I suppose... :stoned:

I suspect, had he been invited in a similar scenario, James Hunt would've also been thrown out, but for a slightly different violation of the dress code... :p

I though this is the racing section....

Anyway I find it funny: He surely did that on porpose for publicity and it perfectly worked out (like always). If not than kudos that he refused to wear the extra cloths they have there and just leaved. He made the DM and their readers happy again: so what?

He was actually far far away from beeing appropriate dressed....

Already a thread on this in the Paddock Club) :http://forums.autosp...-code-epicfail/

For that reason, I'm closing this rather than merging to prevent another one springing up here in error.
