What is the normal speed for that corner?

Well, if you were in a Red Bull in Q3 today, and if you were on an in-lap between fast laps...
...or if you were, as in these pictures...

...on a warmup lap, then your normal speed would be about 120–125 km/h at the apex of T8.
But then you weren't really pushing. There was no reason for you to go fast. One might even say that your speed was reduced significantly.

On the other hand, if you were pushing...
...as Verstappen was in these pictures from Q3 (his first fast lap of 1:20.835 lap)...

...or as he was in these pictures, also from Q3 (his second fast lap of 1:20.557 lap)...

...then your normal speeds were significantly closer to the speeds that Rosberg traveled at three or four minutes later when he was believed to have slowed down for double yellow flags.
