Oh wow! Come home from the pub to find there's a race on tonight. Covered (in the UK at least) by Eurosport2. The Suzuka 8 Hour

Casey Stoner makes a return appearance. Smith and Espargaro also feature. I remember I'm sure big names in the sport taking part (gonna check that out), but for now it's just about to start.

I'll never do 8 hours, but maybe some of you might wanna watch and talk, and then it can be merged into the bike thread.

Any takers?

Stoner's bike is going well so far. He's in 2nd place. Interesting race, but the Yamaha is going to work through to the lead fairly quickly imo.

He hobbled away from it. Doesn't look like he and the bike came together in the crash. Lucky man.

Only minor, broken leg and collarbone and other minor stuff!

Now he may remember why he quit riding motorcycles!

Shame about Stoner's crash. Hope he has a quick recovery.
