Ye, I know, sort of a unnecessary topic, but it just caught my eye that T11&12 and rundown to T13 appears to be have been tweaked for 2015. Have I just missed it? And if so, does anyone know how the changes actually looks?

i'd think it was more due to logistics of enabling more vehicular access/response, dressed up as a sporting decision.

Yeah, you are right eventhougt the official reason from the FIA was to increase the overtaking chances ;)i'd think it was more due to logistics of enabling more vehicular access/response, dressed up as a sporting decision.
Here is a quote from an article which claims an different reason
The stretch from Turn 11 to Turn 13 will be modified to accommodate the enhancement works for the new Civic District, which aims to integrate the areas at Esplanade Park and Empress Place.
