I have some acrylic tops to some electric slot cars that I'd love my boyhood hero Henri Pescarolo to autograph. It doesn't appear he ever gets over to the USA anymore, so can't meet him personally. Has anyone got a way for me to positively contact him, especially through a mailed letter? I'd appreciate it greatly. Also trying to find the famous racing Doctor, Dr. Richard "Dick" Thompson. I believe he lives in Florida somewhere. Dick raced in Corvettes and even ran a Ford GT40 with our much admired Brian Redman. Slot-It slot car company recently released this same GT-40 in 1:32 scale. My email is: williamibrown53(at)yahoo.com

Did Pescarolo ever consider building a F1 car?

Yes, he did. On Sunday, October 6, 1991, at 08:26 a.m. he mused “Je pourrais construire une voiture de la formule un”. But then his missus called for breakfast and the thought never entered his mind again.
