Did anyone else notice the bulge beneath the driver's suit on Rosberg's right ankle on the podium at Spa? Does anyone have any idea why he would carry something there......or what?

Often has it, nothing more than a cushion. Hate to spoil your fun. Oh, and as an aside, what a truly ghastly description.

Rosberg has bowlegs. That is the reason. Without it his legs would collide all the time in the cockpit.

Two nations separated by a common language ... although this is from Canada, it appears they and the Americans didn't appreciate how funny Brits and Aussies would find the name of its only remaining rival ...

The MOE-ZE-ON INN, a well-known strip club on Pinewood Park Drive is out of business and the building is up for sale.

....

The closing of the MOE-ZE-ON INN leaves Fanny's as the only remaining club of its type in the city.

Use those things myself as well (knee pads, not sanitary towels :p ), it's just to prevent bruised knees from hitting the sides of the cockpit.

Although, you never know with Rosberg, he also puts a fanny pad to his forehead so... :rotfl:

Ankle monitor? Maybe after last year's race he's not allowed within three feet of Hamilton's car. ;)

Maybe it's a criminal tag, to make sure he is in doors every night at 7:pm, during the summer break for all we know he might have got an ASBO or something, getting into a fight after pints and kebabs in downtown Monaco.

When F1 cars were real fast, all drivers used to wear these on both knees. I realized only recently that they were gone.

Ahh that's a common misconception, you see, we call them bum bags in the UK as they're popular amongst the homeless community. They don't have those rags on a stick like your American hobo
