I'd suggest they are pre-war, but I may be wrong.
The scene is familiar enough, just over the last hump on Con-Rod Straight, two outfits at play.
A similar scene, probably a lap before or after the first, with a bit more foreground in view.
From the inside of the circuit, this is definitely pre-war. Note the double fence the other side of the road where it was a walking track for spectators right up the straight.
These photos deserve better than a lousy dumb phone copying, I'll see if I can do better another time and apologise for the quality at this stage.

The one which is obviously on a dirt surface would be at the first meeting there, 1938. I'm pretty sure it was sealed by '39.

I suggest Jim Scaysbrook editor of Old Bike Australasia he has a wealth of info on early bike racing I Australia though the Pics. are fuzzy for identification
