Rossi certainly wins the "obstructing a restart" battle. Stevens gave up getting in people's way after about two corners, Rossi held on for a whole lap!

Why did neither of them unlap themselves when given the chance? They just ended up as a road block on the restarts. I don't really like the system of letting backmarkers unlap themselves, but if it's there why wouldn't you take it.
