Just started doing a bit of research and I need some assistance. My ex wife's mother, surname Agosti, had a brother Bruno (IIRC) who happened to pal around with and race against, in the 1920s Tazio Nuvolari. She would relate stories of their friendship and the many times that he would come over to their home, whether it be for dinner or to work on the bikes. Would any of you experts have any knowledge or where I might find some info on Bruno Agosti. I know that he was killed in an accident, but don't know the circumstances nor where he perished. I'd  like to find out more if possible about his career.

Thanks in advance.....John

John.

The definitive book on Nuvolari in English seems to be by Chris Hilton.

One is available on ebay at present luck with you research.

Might this be the Agosti to which you refer?

That very well could be it. Thanks! I know that she'd mentioned that spectators were injured as a result of the accident. Possibly, Bruno, was a family nickname.
