I am only asking for some info from 66 years ago. I heard of a Carrera Speedster raced by Johnny Cuevas (wealthy Cuban playboy backed by family sugar plantation money). He was fairly successful in club races in Florida and raced there in 1960 at Sebring so I am presuming since the Revolution was in '59 he got out with his Porsche intact. Maybe wealthy families also had places in Miami and kept cars in Cuba and in Miami. Anyhow curous about his car's SN and whether it survives. I will send what info I get to the 356 Register and see if they have it listed.
Cuba based Carrera 4-cam Speedster--did it get out with its owner before revolution?
