Inspired by the beauty and great functionality (Olympic Park, fountain, lots of car parks etc) of the Sochi circuit I feel we could have an interesting discussion on the best car parks in F1.

A modern classic Melbourne / Albert Park.

I believe this is the car park for the local cricket ground in the back of shot. Top marks for the size of the spaces anything from a Fiat 500 to a Hummer would grace them with ease.

A former season finale track back in the good old days. Las Vegas/Caesars Palace

A real stunner this one, not well tarmacked from what I can see so watch the paint work parking on this one!  But for sheer scale it takes some beating.

The former Istanbul track is soon due to be turned into a "used car lot"

With Tilke's forward thinking his trademark tarmac run offs a perfect fit for a spacious car park. Turn 9 a great corner and an even greater car park you could literally fit hundreds of cars on the outside.

The sheer visuals from the Caesers Palace parking lot were stunning I'll give you that. I'd also slot the Korean Circuit in there somewhere. An absolute beast of a car park / industrial estate.

Monaco behind Rene Arnoux in the late 1980s.

Silverstone is an old airfield and has no interesting scenery whatsoever.

Silverstone isn't winning any awards for car parks any time soon...

Wrong!

The legendary Northampton lift testing tower can be seen from parts of Silverstone Circuit.

Some say it's the location that inspired Tolkien to write the Lord of The Rings.

Parc Ferme. Current F1 cars look and sound at their best when not moving.
