Late on, but I think it is ok.

Please rate the race objectively and not based on your favourite drivers result!

Best Driver:
Worst Driver:
Best Team:
Best Overtake:

Perez

Raikkonen

Force India

No overtakes really stood out.

Bottas and Raikkonen going wheel to wheel mid race.

Good enough

A lot better than last years snooze fest.

Best Driver:       Sergio Perez
Worst Driver:     Kimi Raikonnen
Best Team:        Mercedes for winning the championship despite Nico's DNF. Force India for taking the gamble to get their driver onto the podium.
Best Overtake:  Bottas on Perez and Vettel on Kimi
Best Moment:    The stewards handing out a 30 second penalty to Kimi
DRS + Tyres:
And the race in a sentence: Unexpectedly exciting after last year's snooze fest. The fight between Bottas, Perez and Kimi was scintillating.

Best Driver: Perez
Worst Driver: Raikkonen
Best Team: McLaren, despite Alonso's penalty, before hand they got 2 cars into the points. From where they have been in a few races this year (double DNF etc) I thought they did pretty well. yes they were helped by the DNF's but to finish first you must first finish.
Best Overtake: Bottas on Kyveat into T1? Was some red bull car.
Best Moment: Turn 3 such a great place for action and events
DRS + Tyres: DRS maybe a tad too powereful, but it all depends on which power unit is behind, Bottas was overtaking people where he probably would have done the same even without DRS. Tires were fine, the tire combo + SC made for a thrilling race end to end.
And the race in a sentence: A done deal up front but plenty of action in the midfield from start to finish.

I gave it a 7.

Best Driver: Sergio Perez
Worst Driver: Kimi made one big cockup but he had his race ruined by the pitstops and was decent before that. Maybe Hulkenberg for throwing away a great chance at big points.
Best Team: McLaren probably actually maximised their package the best of anyone today.
Best Overtake: Vettel on Raikkonen was tight.
Best Moment: Sainz and Ricciardo going side by side around turn 3 was great
DRS + Tyres: DRS about right, tyres allowed the drivers to push but without the safety car they would have produced a boring race.
And the race in a sentence: A very enjoyable couple of hours.

A decent race, even if I did take a break after the start to make sweet sweet love, or maybe because of that?

Best Driver: Hamilton, Vettel, Perez
Worst Driver: Hulkenberg
Best Team: Mercedes
Best Overtake: Massa did some good overtaking today :)
Best Moment: Kimi vs Bottas after the pit stop
DRS + Tyres: ....
And the race in a sentence: It was Ok. Much better that last year.

Best Driver: Perez
Worst Driver: Kimi and Hulk
Best Team: Mercedes and Force India
Best Overtake: Vettel on Kimi
Best Moment: Perez cruising back on 3rd next to the wreckage of Kimi / Bottas crash
DRS + Tyres: turn 3 overtakes were posible with DRs... so it kinda worked
And the race in a sentence:  Last 10 laps were amazing 8/10

Rated it 6/10.

Best Driver: Ricciardo and Vettel impressed. Pérez and Hamilton were solid.
Worst Driver: Hülkenberg. Dumb rookie error, made all the worse by his teammate's podium finish.
Best Team: Ferrari, excellent effort to set Vettel up for his 2nd place. The car was solid, and the memories of Bahrain with the Williams racing away on the straights seem quite distant.
Best Overtake: Nothing really too amazing, the (attempted) moves through Turn 3  - the Cheburashka bend - make for some good TV-shots though.
Best Moment: The little Ricciardo-Bottas-Räikkönen scrap was good fun.
DRS + Tyres: The safety cars made sure we had no 'clean' strategies, but for what it's worth the tyres seemed to hold together decently.
And the race in a sentence: Pretty decent, average, race. I don't like the safety cars taking up 8 of the 53 laps, but at least it did set things up for a nice brawl towards the finish.

8/10 - dull mid-race, but eventful otherwise.

Best Driver:  Perez, but Hamilton, Ricciardo, Bottas and Vettel were all impressive.
Worst Driver:  Sainz for failing to recognise an exploded brake disc.
Best Team:  Ferrari for a strong race when it seemed from practice as though they were nowhere.
Best Overtake:  Nothing stood out for me.
Best Moment:  Perez retaking third when Raikkonen hit Bottas.
DRS + Tyres:  DRS too powerful, tyres too durable.
And the race in a sentence:  Eventful; glad to see Grosjean was fine after a big impact.

Best Driver: Sainz - great drive after such a heavy crash.
Worst Driver: Hulkenberg
Best Team: McLaren-Honda - both cars running at the end.
Best Overtake: Bottas on the Red Bull early in the race.
Best Moment: Grosjean OK.
DRS + Tyres:
And the race in a sentence: Very entertaining, although it would have been better if there had been a Hamilton/Rosberg battle as well.

A light 7/10.

Best Driver: Sergio Perez, closely followed by Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton
Worst Driver: Hülkenberg, followed by Raikkonen. Sainz soldiering on with a loose and heavily damaged rear wing wasn't very smart either.
Best Team: Force India
Best Overtake: Bottas on Perez, Vettel on Raikkonen.
Best Moment: scrap for 4th and later 3rd place. Plus the moment Grosjean stepped out of his car more or less unhurt.
DRS + Tyres: DRS decent, maybe we needed an "ultrasoft"?
And the race in a sentence: At first I thought this would be a genuine borefest, pleasantly surprised by the action in the later stages.

Negative point: what a concrete jungle.... The place really needs trees, green areas and warm colours!

Rating 8/10

Best Driver: Perez

Worst Driver: Hülkenberg

Best Team: Ferrari
Best Overtake: Räikkönen on Perez
Best Moment:
DRS + Tyres: Supersofts lasting over half of the race for majority - not good. First DRS zone is too long
And the race in a sentence: Every circuit can throw a good race or a bad race, so with each circuit we need to see few years until we know whether it's good or bad for racing.

Best Driver: Perez (and a shout out for Nasr too)
Worst Driver: Nobody stood out as bad- could criticise Kimi for his divebomb, or Sain Jr for his multi spins and crap parking after suffering brake issues, but both had good races up until their respective incidents
Best Team: Force India- good strategy
Best Overtake: Bottas on Perez, Vettel on Perez
Best Moment: An underdog on the podium
DRS + Tyres: Starights are so long could dowithout DRS. SC perhaps saved us from a mundane one stopper, like last year.
And the race in a sentence: It had it's moments, 7/10.

Best Moment:    The stewards handing out a 30 second penalty to Kimi

Seriously? How much of a hater can you be?

Best Driver: Perez

Worst Driver: Hulkenberg (was he the most wanted driver to fill Raikkonen's seat at Ferrari? This is the 2nd huge mistake from him in 3 races!  :well: ). I almost chose Kimi, but his driving was good, agressive, up until the point of his FKUP on Bottas...

Best Team: Ferrari
Best Overtake: Vettel on Raikkonen
Best Moment: The press conference! Great atmosphere between the 3 guys, with the girls and of course, Vettel's sense of humor (uncharacteristic for a german). I can't believe Bernie said he is not good for the sport!
DRS + Tyres: -
And the race in a sentence: Like it's been said, it had its moments! All in all, a good, eventful race! 8/10

It was fairly entertaining most of the race. Usually I get more occupied looking at my laptop or phone during a race.

Best Driver: Perez, Sainz or Massa (Only for his Sunday not his Saturday)
Worst Driver: Hulkenberg for finishing his race in one corner.
Best Team: Force India for a great strategy.
Best Overtake: Not sure
Best Moment: Raikkonen's start
DRS + Tyres: Decent
And the race in a sentence: Oh dear Kimi

8.5 here

Best Driver: VET/HAM/NAS/PER/MAL
Worst Driver: RAI
Best Team: FER
Best Overtake: VET on RAI
Best Moment: Marshall not getting sliced to bits by VET
DRS + Tyres: good
And the race in a sentence: Russian surprise.

Best Driver: Pérez and Nasr
Worst Driver: Kimi
Best Team: Mercedes, congrats on the WCC. I hope you guys never win anything again, I'm so utterly bored of this :p
Best Overtake: Best one? I don't know. Good one? None.
Best Moment: "I love your sense of humour"
DRS + Tyres: Too much DRS, too little tires.
And the race in a sentence: Not so thrilling, not so boring, you can tell the track has potential to be a great circuit, though.

Best Driver: Nasr, well done with a Sauber ending up that high
Worst Driver: Sainz, for again making a pit stop mistake, bad parking and brake mistake in FP...3 mistakes is just a bit too much for me
Best Team: Force India
Best Overtake: Vettel on the Russian Marshal
Best Moment: The race living up to my expectation, so somewhere right after the finish
DRS + Tyres: I have seen both being used by drivers
And the race in a sentence: Maybe because I was expecting it to be much better this year, I just gave it a decent 7

Best Driver: I'll say Checo for this, but Lewis and Sebastian honourable mentions.
Worst Driver: Kimi made a bit of a blunder, Carlos should have parked his car when his brakes blew...
Best Team: Hard to choose. Force India for the podium, Williams for the almost podium
Best Overtake: Hard to say.  Sebastian on Kimi?
Best Moment: The hats.
DRS + Tyres:Not really noticeable.
And the race in a sentence:  Better than last year.

gave it 9/10

one of the best races this year

Best Driver: Kimi Raikkonen, pure entertainment, great start, some great moves and then forgotten just because the move on Bottas didn't work

Worst Driver: Sainz jr, Grosjean, Ericsson, Hulkenberg, all of them
Best Team: Mercheaters
Best Overtake: Kimi on Bottas
Best Moment: last laps

Best Driver: Hard to choose between Perez and Nasr. Perez made a risky strategy work (with a bit of luck, but 5th would have still been a good result) and Nasr was keeping faster cars behind him for a long time.
Worst Driver: Kimi. Ok Ferrari pit strategy didn't work out for him but he was slower than Vettel and got overtaken by him which took away his pit preference, couldn't make his way back up the order and that last lap move was just a brainfart.
Best Team: Mclaren for getting both cars to finish.
Best Overtake: A few attempts to overtake around turn 3? Can't remember if any came off though.
Best Moment: Last lap shenanigans.
DRS + Tyres: DRS perfect. Tyres still too hard but that's probably the track's fault.
And the race in a sentence: Better than the snoozefests of late with some entertaining events and fewer lulls in the action, only spoilt by dominant Mercs/Hamilton.

Best Driver: Perez
Worst Driver: Raikkonen for his mindless divebomb, and for looking so poor vs Vettel despite his much better start.
Best Team: No real stand-outs, but Ferrari's pit-stops gave them the best chance against Williams.
Best Overtake: Bottas on Perez- gutsy and assertive after a long wait!
Best Moment: Seeing Grosjean's head moving after that spectacular crash.
DRS + Tyres: Tyres a bit too durable, DRS was reasonably balanced judging by the battle for 3rd.
And the race in a sentence: A decent race despite the lack of fight at the front.

Best Driver: Perez but I think Sainz deserves a mention.
Worst Driver: Hulk.
Best Team: Force India - had Hulk not thrown it away in the first lap, this could have been an incredible weekend for them
Best Overtake: Probably Bottas on Perez but although the race was decent, I'm struggling to think of any brilliant overtake.
Best Moment: The cool down room
DRS + Tyres: Ok
And the race in a sentence: Better than I expected. I seriously dislike the track though.

Best Driver: Perez - Tyre management skills came into their own here. I doubt Hulk would have been able to make them last had he not binned it.
Worst Driver: Hulk/ Raikkonen. As a Hulk fan it pains me to admit it but he threw a way good opportunity to score a lot of points. As for Raikkonen, that lunge was never on.
Best Team: Force India - Williams take note, this is how you make strategy calls.
Best Overtake: Vettel on Raikkonen
Best Moment: Bottas/Raikkonen/Perez
And the race in a sentence: 7/10 It was good, a shame for Rosberg, but good to see a last lap battle for the podium.

Best Driver: Vettel
Worst Driver: Raikkonen
Best Team: Merc purely for winning the championship
Best Overtake: Bottas on Perez
Best Moment: "what the f*** did he do" or the brave russian comment
DRS + Tyres: pointless. Tyres were still too hard for this surface, but not much to do about it with the current regs
And the race in a sentence: "well that was a random race"

It really was a pretty good race. Shame we couldn't see a battle between Ros and Ham. But there was a genuine podium battle; Vettel fought to get 2nd and the three way battle for 3rd at the end was great.

DRS + Tyres: Seemed about the right balance

pretty sure the word "Justify" is in your post, but anyway.

For starters, Hulk's mistake was a spin. It just so happened that the following cars one had no where to go. Although Hulks fault the actual mistake didn't directly cause his race ending, but it was a knock on effect. The contact in the end was "unavoidable".

Kimi's accident was completly avoidable and his fault, not only did he end somones race who was going to come 3rd but he was able to finish in the points, albeit a bit further down the order.

The stewards would also agree due to the lack of penalty for Hulk.

That ok?

Kimi's accident was completly avoidable and his fault, not only did he end somones race who was going to come 3rd but he was able to finish in the points, albeit a bit further down the order.

The stewards would also agree due to the lack of penalty for Hulk.

That ok?

Thanks for reply. I said that I would LIKE to see you justify, not that you HAD to. I'm not arguing about the Kimi accident at all, it was clumsy and stupid, but before that Kimi had ran fairly well, with some good passes. He got up to third by the time of Hulk's spin. True, he wasn't up to the level of Vettel, but let's be frank, who on the grid is going to be able to hold a torch to Vettel ?
Hulk beat his teammate by the slightest of margins and then binned it on the second corner of his own volition entirely. That could easily have taken out a front runner had they been close, and there was just no excuse for it at all. His start was poor and he was trying to make up positions. It was a rookie error.

I think it's obvious that Hulk had a worse race, it could have been him up there on the podium.

8/10.

Best Driver: Sergio Perez
Worst Driver: Nico Hülkenberg
Best Team: Force India
Best Overtake: Bottas on Perez
Best Moment: Loads of them. Let's go for all the action happening in turn 3.
DRS + Tyres: Not so terribly influential, thankfully
And the race in a sentence: I think I was one of the few before this race that actually liked the track, and I'm happy we got a very good race out of it.
