There is a fair bit of information on the net about George and Jack Gray, panelbeaters.

I am interested in some of the cars bodied by George's firm in the late 1940s and early 1950s.

I read that Marsh Plant " inherited" the firm after George's death in 1968, also that they were involved in the refurbishment of some of the LSR cars at Beaulieu.

Does anyone know if records of the firm's activities exist? Before I go bothering a lot of innocent parties I thought I would ask here first. The perfect answer would be that they kept a photographic record of all the bodywork they made. A chap can dream, I suppose.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Stuart.
