I put 5. There was some decent racing in the midfield, and the lead battle was tense for a while, even if ultimately nothing happened.

A dull race, but certainly not as soporofic as many others this year.

Best Driver: Rosberg. Honorable mentions for Vettel, Verstappen and Hulkenberg
Worst Driver: Maldonado
Best Team: Mercedes
Best Overtake: Verstappen on Perez
Best Moment:  Verstappen on Perez and Nasr
DRS + Tyres: DRS decent this time, tyres not bad - for Pirellis, that is.
And the race in a sentence: 6/10. 4/10 or something like that if Max wasn't around.

Best Driver: Max Verstappen
Worst Driver: Maldonado
Best Team: Merc.
Best Overtake: Verstappen on Perez
Best Moment: Max overtaking and the end!
DRS + Tyres: Irrelevant. F1 has bigger problems.
And the race in a sentence: Snooze! Disappointing.

It's always exciting when I stop watching a race after 6 laps, tell myself I'll finish it later, accidentally see the results online, and realize absolutely nothing changed since lap 6. Thrilling stuff.

Best Driver: Rosberg

Worst Driver: Raïkkonen (And I say that as a tifoso canadese. Maldonado was at least trying)

Best Team: Mercedes Grand Prix
Best Overtake: Verstappen on Perez
Best Moment: The fact a good old-fashioned DSQ can still happen in F1. This ain't NASCAR!
DRS + Tyres: Inconsequential
And the race in a sentence: A massive borefest

Standard for this season, 2/10. Only Austin can hold its head up this year.

Bit harsh, most of the grands prix this year were better than today's race, particularly Hungary, Silverstone, Malaysia, Bahrain and Russia. I gave this one a 4 but it feels more like I've rounded a 3.5 up tbh.

Best Driver: Rosberg
Worst Driver Team: Williams' .... tires WTF!
Best Team: Mercedes
Best Overtake: Bottas off the start.
Best Moment: All McLaren podium .... was that a dream?
DRS + Tyres: Yes, they were used.
And the race in a sentence: Hmmmm .... nothing comes to mind.

This. 5/10 seems fair.

But I already know beforehand the races are going to be boring, so I spend most of it more entertained playing FM on my laptop than looking at the TV. Maybe this has made me less sensitive to the dullness.

If only the 6+ races counted Vettel might still have a shot at the WDC. :p

Best Driver: Verstappen from Rosberg
Worst Driver: Maldonado once again
Best Team: Ferrari
Best Overtake: Verstappen on Perez
Best Moment: Probably that overtake
DRS + Tyres: My hatred of DRS remains intact. Tyres were slightly better than I expected.
And the race in a sentence: 3/10 - won't live long in the memory.

The main problem is 1 dominant team as usual, not so much overtaking which is miles better than a decade ago.

I did rate 7 because of the Rosberg vs Hamilton.

All in all the race was between two advanced cyborgs (Mercedes), then two advanced robots (Ferrari), then some half human half customer midfield, then fully human McLarenHonda and then two VirgiManoRussias.

To be fair I don't think there was any fight between the two Ferrari robots (I say that as a big Kimibot fan)

C'mmon you gave a 7 because McLaren finished with both cars ;)

Kimi could have done better with good strategy. He was slower than Vettel but not that much.

2015 is the first season where I have taken a nap a few times throughout a season. In recent years, I think it's the worst season. Even worse than 2013.

Both of them finishing the race was a positive one but again Fernando Alonso had power delivery issues. Reliability problems are getting serious unfortunately  :well:

I love motorsport, F1 and BTCC in particular, F1 cos, well, it's supposed to be the best and BTCC cos the cars can actually race.

F1 needs to take a long hard look at itself and the 17 rules cos I don't think they're going to change anything

As for this race, I'll be ridiculously generous and give it 4. You know thing are bad when even the drivers say it's boring and the most fun was had by watching one of them sunbathing

Best Overtake: Verstappen on Perez
Best Moment: Verstappen almost overtaking Nasr at another part than the end of the straight
And the race in a sentence: *yawn*

4/10

Considering that 2/3 of the seasons races were kinda crappy according to this, there was a good likehood for that ;)

(To be serious, I dont know what he did wrong but he is really just winning crappy races  )

Interesting stuff. I'd like to see the same sort of comparison with regards to Traditional/Tilke/Tilkified tracks. Seems to me some of the lowest scores have gone to the tracks Tilke has no part of.

All that's needed is closer competition up front from a variety of teams. The mentality that 'things badly need to change' is what is going to give us the moronic 2017 regulations.

I fell asleep about halfway through the recording, woke up, watched the second half, and wished I hadn't.
