The link to an advertorial behaves different than other features.

Here's what I did:

http://beta.autosport.com/news

Browse for or search for the following text

Ahead of Rally GB, get some expert tips on how to deal with the infamous Welsh weather from Performa...

No title at all, and clicking on the image leads to a very old news bit

"Mosley to take action". It's about Mosley's reaction to Ferrari's successful appeal of the race in Malaysia in 1999. :rotfl:

Fun aside, please fix it. This makes me even more uneasy about the entire new site concept.

Here is the link that hopefully helps you to understand why this happens.

Thanks for reporting this.

I can just about see what's going wrong here - that was feature ID 6754 which appears here:

New site - http://beta.autospor...um/feature/6754

Old site - http://plus.autospor...her-on-rally-gb

The fact that it's a non-paywalled feature (so has "free" instead of "premium" in the URL on the old site) seems to be confusing our new site, which tries to redirect you to the rather old news article ID with the same ID of 6754 about the 1999 Malaysian Grand Prix.

I'll have a chat with our developers to see what we can do to fix this...
