I have been thinking about this idea for a while now so let me share it since there isn't to manny topic to talk about right now.

Lets imagine you were given the opportunity to drive a racecar at any road racing track.
One track per continent (except antartica).
For example, these are my options:

Feel free to do you own list (limit it to 5 options or less) and you can pick more than one racetrack per continent.

1.Continent: Oceania
  Car: Mclaren F1 GTR- Longtail

  Track: Mount panorama (Australia)

2. Continent: Asia

    Car: Mazda 787B

    Track: Suzuka (Japan)

3. Continent: Europe

    Car:  Porsche 919 Hybrid

    Track: Spa-Francorchamps (Belgium)

4. Continent: North America
     Car: 2000 Dodge Viper GTS-R

    Track: Road America, Wisconsin

5. Continent: South America

    Car: Mercedes-Benz 190 E DTM

    Track: Termas de Rio Hondo

6. Continent:  Africa

    Car: Mclaren MP4/4

   Track: Kyalami

I do like your idea of a Mclaren GTR at Bathurst, though. Great car, great track, although I'm not sure I'd have the skills to keep that beast out of the wall unless I poodle around the twisty bits. It'd sound incredible echoing between the concrete barriers though...

South Africa isn't a continent , I'm afraid. Good idea though.
