As an homage to Sheepmachine I've put together a Shaun the Sheep car. In fact the theme is that it's a RAM with a Hart engine. As a tribute to the Late Mr Brian Hart and as a big get-well-soon to the currently unwell Guy "Mr Sponsorship" Edwards who worked quite closely with John MacDonald and Mick Ralph to put together many plucky attempts to race with the big guys. Stuck Jolyon Palmer in it 'cus his dad was also mucking about with the team for a couple of years. No doubt there is an Eliseo Salazar Junior waiting in the wings with a bigger budget to drive the sister car if Conner Daly can't bounce in there first.

Over the course of a race I fear it may send a few track marshals to sleep. Great benefit of that grass on the car will be if it breaks down at the side of the track, it will just blend in and it won't jar on your eye, each time the camera pans on the leading group. However all the pot heads will get a subliminal Rizla message instead, sending them off to get more cigarette papers and skunk.

Always was in the 70's.
Worked then.
Sure it is still valid now.
What's the quote? ... Many people became rich by not over estimating the wants and desires of their customers.

Said I was going to do something Star Trek. Just about run out of time so placed an underlay of a cross section, rather than start messing around with hull plating. Another time...

An eleventh-hour sponsorship from IHG allows Holiday Inn August Racing to return with two Audi-powered cars:

Though I could create some thing that is a little more race car like than Renaults comeback livery, aren't black F1 card bland (unless they are sponsored by JPS) and inspired by another post have created an future Alfa Romeo F1 Livery. Not sure if these images will load properly, struggling to load images

Darn, outside the competition completion time.
And it's still not finished...

birds%202016_zpswl9k1ehm.png

That's where I got to Gracie.
If the thread stays unlocked I could finish it later in the day.

Worked a bit more on it Friday night. Issues with Finus and Arctic Roll. Both part of Birds Eye, Nomad foods. Whereas Bird's Custard/ Mr Kipling / Angel Delight are ones of the Premier Foods Group. So you would not see a dynamic fit of competitor food companies on the same scheme. Also Nomad are looking to drop the Findus brand name so you would no longer see high profile promotions with a dying brand. But I have a doosy name for the front wing end plates...

Also the Frosty Jacks cider brand was in a load of bother last year. That joke driver of yours is inspired. Since one of the brewing owners was found to have been planing to have contaminates added into a competitors products that would induce illness.

In a way, the yellow and blue scheme would suit Sauber.

Laters...

I know I missed the deadline, but may as well get it out there anyway.

While the bare navy STR was running around Barcelona, I wondered if there might be more to the story.  Like Dietrich putting everything towards the main team, and Italy rallying around its own...

Scheme in the next post.

There you go Gracie, finished it.
Best Regards

Just for the Premier Food Group now.

Check out the appropriateness of the front wing end plate...
For mash get Smash.

And using custard is cheaper than flow-vis paint.

Looks like that old Lola Mastercard F1 failure from the 90s :) Totally in favour of more color on the grid.

So, maybe some MasterCard Sucess with Synergy Honda F1 team?
Let's say MasterCard liked the idea of having the colour scheme but wanted a smaller involvement than our Title Sponsor NIKE.
Took over the Pantone colour scheme deal. I'm getting that MasterCard is now a darker blue (r=19, g=0 & b=123) background than in the days when the Lola was run, and NIKE liked the 10% discount to have their swoosh in MasterCard red and yellow colours. Deal split would be $40m NIKE, $20m MasterCard, $10m Snapple, $5m Toshiba, and $20m from 8 co-sponsors. Plus 5 wooden dollar contracts.

Well if you look closely at the Marvel car by Nonesuch (page 1, post #33) you may notice a Disney Corp' logo and that would not go down too well with the guys at Universal.

Learn something new every day...

P.S. Last time I looked, the livery voting thread was on the third page of the index. Is anyone else bothered to hoist it?

Very taken with the quantity of sponsors on Volcano's entry, and wanted to see given this same list what I could put together to harmonise what I could between them. The only one I've not used is Maybank - sounds like a bank and clashes with Banque de Luxembourg.
