Sorry to report that Richard Budge, long-tine sponsor of historic sports car racing through his business, RJB Mining, succumbed to cancer on Monday. An avid supporter of the Chevron marque, he won the 1983 Oulton Park Gold Cup with his B19 when run as a Thundersports race.
