Williams, Force India and Marussia used three ES and CE last year, how likely it's that Kimi can do same this year (so he doesn't get penalty for the first early change)?

I always assumed the physical hardware, but I'd not really thought about it. I think the policing of this is through the seals. So I'm thinking that if the seal is not broken then it's not a new unit.

Unfortunately, it seems that BB code is a law unto itself. I can see that you're not even getting the column headings lining up with the table contents, so it's not dealing with multiple spaces correctly on your display (I've used a monospace font to ensure that they line up). So I'm somewhat stumped.
