Well done Bottas! From now on it's easier.

Time to get trophy from Putin.

I can feel the Finnish cringes all the way from Ireland.

Great result for Ferrari! We've broken the Mercedes domination on pole and we've extended the lead in the championship.

How?Merc takes 37 points compared to 33 of Ferrari.

That's quite the comeback after Bahrain. Welcome to the list of F1 winners Valtteri!

Well Bottas got his first win, which is nice. :)

Absolutely nothing happened between lap 2 and lap 50 however, and even in those last couple of laps it never really looked like Vettel could do anything.

I felt the commentators were trying to engineer excitement, but we could see the cars can't follow within a second.

Burn this track to dust already

That is now 4 dull races under two sets of rules. I know there are other tracks like this. I hope liberty media do take a long hard look at such tracks and ask themselves whether they should get new contracts or be taken off the calendar. Give me turkey back - just as bad a state politics wise, no fans attending but at lteast the racing was good.

massa finally revenges brazil 2008

strange way of revenge. Vettel was one of the guysinthe rain between him and Ham. This only shows how much bad guy he is.

Woke up and caught the last lap. From reading the comments, glad I did.

Well done by Bottas.

Bottas was 35/1 for the title before the race… wonder if this changes it.

I wouldn't count on Hamilton having further days off at the office.

Awkward. Do Kimi and Bottas hate each other?

Edit: I know they had a few run-ins, but come on Kimi. You can at least talk to your countryman who has just won his first F1 race.

The guy who actually passed someone won. There is some justice in this world after all.

He was P1 after lap 1 already - no need to pass.

Congrats to Bottas for his maiden win!

Congratulations to Bottas for a deserved win! Amazing from him. Lewis had a very bad weekend by his standards so glad he just managed the damage... will be very difficult for Lewis to beat Seb if he remains as consistent as has been so far over the course of a season now think.

I was referring to the drivers championship obviously! Otherwise I would have used the plural, as in championships ;)

FIA changes the rules for 2018. The races will be just one lap but every Sunday there will be 52 races.
