Perez has scored for the third time this year already, but stil just two players picked him. Despite overall low scores so far just 5 of 22 drivers have stil a cleen sheet: Alonso, Verstappen, Bottas, Massa and Kvyat.

Hmm... food for thought, I find it a bit peculiar that reprimands give more points than fines. For next year, I would switch those two around (i.e. reprimands 1 pt, fines 2 pts).

I get what you mean, but the fines are usually not even applied to drivers but to the teams. And reprimands are generally perceived to be the bigger punishment because it can lead at some point (after receiving 3 fines) to a grid penalty. But if more people are of the same opinion as you I can change it around next year of course.
