It appears on film, practising at Aintree for the 1959 British Grand Prix (optimism personified!).

It was from that film that I determined the colour for my car - blue, no doubt.

They were distantly related, as explained in this old post.

It's not often that I feel I can contribute anything worthwhile to this amazing forum, but recently I came across an envelope in my late uncle's (Jan Breyer) effects. He was a good friend of Dick Caesar and collaborated with him in various ventures and was a founding member of CAPA. It is not surprising then that he took an interest in the development of the Gordano sports car, and preserved the following articles and a publicity brochure for so many years. I hope these are of interest. Incidentally, we, as a family, lived not half a mile from Alma Vale road, and I'm sure my father, Laurie Atkinson, would have been involved in some way too - I was around, but only 2 at the time!
