What a way to start the fantasy season. Eight cars out at the start with an accident losing their managers 10 points in the process. Then Trulli spins out on lap 8. We were very quickly down to 13 cars. The disasters didn't stop coming, Coulthard couldn't keep his car on the circuit while Frentzen and Bernoldi get black flags to lose their managers 25 points. In the end only 8 cars finished the race. I have credited Bernoldi with his laps unlike some other comps because of the 25 point penalty.
So lets see who got off to a flier in the Fantasy Manager competition.
Topping the scores for this the first round was Nichotj's Schumacher Dragons with an impressive 603 points considering the opening lap carnage. In second place was a team from one of last years managers RiverRunner who's team TEAM GREEN came in with 534. Third place went to TEAM RAD SNOB with a score of 486.
