Maybe someone can help:

I'm searching for pics of the with a onboard-photographer mounted Brabham BT52 (Le Castellet, driver Nelson Piquet). Of course i'm searching for the pics were taken too. Here is a sample - my only one: http://mitglied.lyco...1983onboard.jpg

I'm also searching for onboard videos of any Brabham 1982-1987.

I hope someone can help with photos, links or infos.

Thanks.

Andrea de Cesaris in the 1987 Brabham BT56 carried on-board cameras in Mexico and Adelaide, and I've seen a clip of his engine expiring during that final race.

Anyone know where these clips are?

Looks like a Bernard Asset photo. He took pics for Grand Prix International and there was an article about how he did it in the 1982 season review issue (I think). I'll check when I get home (if I remember!).

Edit: it is Bernard Asset, it is from the 1983 Special Edition Number 7, but is a one-off shot. There was one from Prost's Renault in the 1982 Review.

That pic kind of looks like Imola. Not sure though. It could also be Monza.

Hmmmm. It's got lines in the middle of the road - that confirms Paul Ricard to me (and the sandy track sides)

That one was a classic, right down to the flames melting the lens or lens cover of the rearward-facing camera.

My brother has it, I'm sure. But the blowup was in practice, not the race.

Hey, that's it, great isn't it?

And the way the ball of flame stays behind as he carries on down the road... forgot about that.
