For you, what are the three best post war esditions of Le Mans 24 Hours and why?

1969 is obvious, due to the Ford winning over the Porsche by just a few yards.

1965 - for Rindt and Gregory's flat out drive

1969 - for the incredible fight for hour after hour to the closest unrigged finish ever

1999 - just a great race, with a great entry, which kept me up watching all through the night and all through Sunday until the Japanese-driven Toyota was slowed by a puncture not long before the finish. I had a long sleep that Sunday night!

1953 The fight between the 375MM Ferrari of Ascari and the C Jag of Moss.

1967 The P4 Ferrari againt Ford and Chaparral

1969 The Ickx - Herrmann last laps fight.
