Almost incidentally, Kesjar scored 3 points in the 1987 Formula 3 Euroseries, a lightly-regarded five-race championship that took in the Cellnet Superprix as a double duty round, by finishing 8th in the opener at the Ringlet.  A race won by the similarly star-crossed Ratzenberger and a certain Wilhelm Weber in 10th. 

 

It means though that in the championship he finished 2 points ahead of Damon Hill...

I just found a video on Youtube of a hillclimb race from 1987. Kesjar is interviewed, starting at 16:52. I don't understand a word of what he says, but it's a chance to hear his voice...
