10 unusual guesses for the US GP
#1
Posted 16 September 2003 - 09:02
2. The drivers of which team will have the biggest difference in their grid position (not time, only position)?
3. Which driver will be the first retirement due to technical reasons in the GP (from start of the race)?
4. Which team will be the first with both drivers retired?
5. Who will be the last driver to pit during the race?
6. In which lap the fastest lap will be achieved? (tolerance +/-3 to gain a point!)
7. Who will finish the race in 9th position?
8. How many drivers (including the winner) will finish the race in the same lap as the winner?
9. How great will be the margin between winner and 2nd? (Give your answer in steps of 5econds: 0-5 secs, 5-10 secs, 10-15 secs,...or laps (1 lap, 2 laps,...))
10. How many laps will all the drivers make in the Italian GP altogether? (If no one retires and no one is lapped - and everyone is qualified - then the correct answer should be 73x20 = 1460).
(Tolerance +/-10, if nobody guessed correct within tolerance, the closest will gain a bonus-point).
The correct answers this season so far can be seen here.
Thanks to garth_b
Important notice: Some of you still post answers like "10 secs" to question 9! Since his could mean 5-10 or 10-15 or 7,5-12,5, it is considered as wrong unless the gap is exactly 10,000 secs!
Deadline: Before start of free practice
Have fun and guess wisely
