Are there any sites where one could find the various liveries of the various F1 cars? I think it would be very interesting to see how the cars have changed through the years.

If such a site doesn't exist, perhaps it would be a worthy undertaking?

edit: What I'm looking for should preferably be something like this, http://www.fia.com/F...3/F1_Guide.html , only searchable backwards in time, but maybe that's asking too much?

The nearest I've seen to this would be the Arron/Hughes "The Complete Book Of Formula One", which is very nearly definitive and shows almost every car/driver combination (though misses some livery changes).
