Guess the Times 2004: Rules and Round 1

The rules are as follows (changes in bold) :
1. Guesses are to be posted for the fastest lap time recorded in Saturday qualifying 1, Saturday qualifying 2 and the race itself, along with the driver predicted to record each time.
2. The error in the guesses for each session will be added together to give the score (the lower the better).
3. If the predicted driver is recorded in the top three (in fastest lap time in the session), bonus time will be deducted from the score as follows:
1st: -0.5s
2nd: -0.3s
3rd: -0.1s
This applies to all three guesses, for a maximum deduction of 1.5s.
4. The total score for each participant will be given by the total time (including deductions) minus the winner's time (including deductions). This takes wet races into account, where all participants may be wildly out. The best result possible in any race will be 0.000, which the winner of each race will get.
e.g. A scores -0.390 (and wins the round)
B scores 1.010 (both raw scores)
As the winner of the round, A would score 0.000 and B would go to 1.400 to compensate.
5. The competition will run for all 18 races of the season, and the overall winner will be determined by the average of their best 10 results.
6. Guesses must be entered by the start of the Friday testing session each race. Preferable format:
Saturday 1: time - name
Saturday 2: time - name
Race: time - name
I will accept other formats, but this is the clearest for me to process quickly.
OK, I think that's it. I hope everyone enjoys the competition this year, and get guessing!

-the session will be held in two parts separated by two minutes;
-during the first part each driver will carry out a single timed lap as now starting in the order they finished in the previous race. At the first race of the year the order of the last Event of the previous year's World Championship will be used (in both cases any new drivers will be arranged in numerical order);
-any car stopping in the first part will not be allowed to take part in the second, if the car is brought back to the pits before the end of the session it must remain in parc ferme until the end of the session;
-refuelling rigs will be allowed in the first part subject to everyone wearing suitable clothing and photographers being restricted as for a race;
-the running order for the second part will be determined by the times achieved in the first part reversed;
-cars will run with race fuel and race settings as in 2003 ;
Based off this, I would have to guess that the 1st run will be low fuel like friday last year
