I haven't made the statistics yet, but a few guesses.

ad 1. The first sacked was Pantano I think.

ad 2. I don't think Webber (Klien was at least 3 times better), maybe MS?.

ad 3. Two so far

ad 4. Maybe Bruni

ad 5. Team!, Lustigson, Team! Maybe Jordan or McLaren?

ad 6. Most likely KR

ad 7. Most likely McL

ad 8. Four so far.

ad 9. Coulthard so far.

ad 10. Eleven so far.

But complete results after Japan.
