Drivers' listings

This season I will continually post three measures of how well the drivers are doing compared to the participants' expectations:

-The expectations fulfillment list: how many % the driver has scored of the average expected final result for him, defined by the average contribution above (or rather the non-rounded off values). For example, if Michael Schumacher scores 96 points this year, he will have fulfilled our expectations 100 %, but not more.

Current standings:

Barrichello 11.6 %

M Schumacher 10.5 %

Alonso 9.6 %

Button 9.5 %

R Schumacher 6.4 %

Trulli 4.9 %

Montoya 4.5 %

Coulthard 1.9 %

All others 0 %

-The surprising drivers list: A 100 % surprise is defined by scoring one more point than anyone expected. This list shows how close to that score a driver is. For example, the highest amount of points placed on Michael Schumacher this year was 149. If Michael scores 150 points, he will have achieved a 100 % surprise. If he just scores 75 points, his surprise value will be 50%.

Current standings:

Alonso 6.7 %

M Schumacher 6.7 %

Barrichello	6.6 %

Button 5.1 %

R Schumacher 4.0 %

Montoya 3.4 %

Trulli 2.7 %

Coulthard 1.3 %

All others 0 %

-How many participants each driver has surprised so far: A participant is defined as being surprised by a driver as soon as the driver has scored more points than the participant expected. The maximum possible score for a driver is naturally the amount of participants in the competition, this year 48.

Current standings:

Nobody surprised yet!
